Can I return or exchange my item?
Since all products at Langhub.shop are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like wrong size, color change, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check our size chart and product details before placing your order.
However, we will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives:
Damaged
Misprinted
Defective
Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Proof required: Please email us a photo of the product and issue within 7 days of delivery to [your support email, e.g., support@langhub.shop].
When will I receive my refund?
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What about exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at [support@langhub.shop] with a photo and order number.
Wrong Shipping Address?
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot offer a refund. If you realize your mistake quickly, email us immediately — we may be able to catch it before production.
Order Cancellations
We allow cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and we cannot stop the process.
Customs & International Orders
Langhub.shop is not responsible for customs duties or taxes applied to your international order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
